When we arrived, people working there (one man and one woman) told me one option is that they can put a note and hold the credit for one year. But I tried to contact them now they denied such note has ever been made (they want to know the name of people who helped me that day but they should be able to find such info easily since they know exactly the date of my trip) and apparently Viator cannot help in anyway.…”
