Fish, swim, eat fresh local food, and see Capri by boat on this relaxed eight-hour Sorrento tour with SalBoat.
“Beautiful day on the water. Sal, the Captain and Lorenzo worked hard to make the trip fun, comfortable and informative. We opted to stay onboard and fish. Later Sal prepared a delicious lunch that included our fresh catch. Can't get any better than that!”
Review of Taranto’s private fishing and swim boat trip, with route choices, costs, skipper Nicola, swimming stops, and practical booking advice.
“Nicola was happy and polite but this was not the fishing trip we had expected. Beach stops were good and he tried to make it up to us with an extra hour and several proseccos which was kind. However, he was an hour late, had no bait, we stayed within the harbour and it wasn't the fishing trip we had been led to believe we had paid €228 ( fuel costs) for. Lovely chap but maybe not the boat for fishing.”

“Schöne Tour. Waren mit unseren 2 Kindern da. Alles wie beschrieben, hatten leider kein Glück und konnten keine Delphine sichten.”

Fish near Punta Campanella, swim by Capri, tour its caves, and enjoy a fresh onboard lunch on this seven-hour Sorrento boat trip.
“We had a great time. I went with my husband, he loves fishing. The private car takes you to the boat. The boat is spacious. There’s an option to be dropped off on Capri to go shopping. But we chose to go deep sea fishing on the boat along with another group of two people. We caught some fish and had a delicious lunch with homemade/homegrown food. The guides were informative and kind. You should take Dramamine before you board because it gets very wavy. And don’t forget sunscreen! We definitely recommend this if you’re looking for something to do in sorrento!”
Explore Ortigia by boat, visit sea caves, swim in clear waters, and learn easy fishing skills with skipper Antonio in 2.5 hours.
“This was so much fun. The fishing is not what you’d normally expect, as it is basically throwing in line wrapped around a foam block, but it is still so much fun catching those little fish by hand. The best part was snorkeling and swimming though, and going into the caves was amazing. The guide was so nice, and he even provided fruit and beverages. Overall I highly recommend as a fun trip!”

“We had a stunning day Fishing with Egadi Charter and Tour. We booked a full day with Salvatore learning about all the background preparation and the local traditions of Bluefin Tuna fishing…before actually getting into action. Salvatore was very informative, patient and always on hand to help. We are so pleased to have had the opportunity to experience the full day fishing with Egadi Charter and Tour! Highly recommend for anyone visiting Trapani whether with experience or a general culture on fishing or as a first timer (like it was for us)!”
